While the holiday’s are filled with parties, candies, chocolate, endless upon endless supplies of cookies and of course way too many big meals and cocktails, if you’re like us, but this point you’re already looking ahead to the new year. Did you know the most popular new years resolution ever is to get in shape/lose weight/be healthier? After a month/month and a half of eating and drinking, and probably putting on a few extra pounds, we generally are happy to embrace a lighter lifestyle after the holiday’s.

Since we don’t want to ruin anyone’s fun and we still have a few weeks to go, we’ll save the recipes and videos for the new year, but here’s a sneak peak at what’s to come in 2019 with our Lightened Up You series! Featured above is my light and tasty homemade Chicken Souvlaki skewers with Greek Salad! Yumm!
