Love is in the air, and if you really want to wow your valentine, Chateaubriand is the key! A large filet mignon for two, slow roasted with tarragon, topped with Bearnaise sauce, served with skillet potatoes and haricot verts, this meal can’t be beat! By cooking the meat low and slow, it’s perfectly medium rare throughout.

Open a bottle of nice wine, turn on some light music and you’ll immediately be tugging at those heart strings! Bon appetit!
