Hello dedicated THC fans! I know it’s been a while, but we both want to wish you all a very Happy New Year! 2019 was an interesting year for Andrew and I; we both had some big life changes not only as a couple, but also individually. Between work and changes to our family outlook, you’ve no doubt noticed we’ve been fairly absent the past few months. Despite our love of cooking and sharing our food adventures with you all, as any blogger knows, it can be a lot of work! With big life changes often comes a time to need to step back, reflect and regroup. We’ve been doing a ton of travel – both for work and pleasure – which has also impacted our ability to blog (and desire to cook and clean when we’re only home for a few days at a time. BUT, fear not! 2020 is a new year, and after taking some time to reflect, we appreciate how much we miss being in the kitchen and interacting with you all on social media! So, we’re coming back with all new and improved recipes, tips and techniques to make your bellies full in 2020!
Keep an eye out for new posts coming soon including my simple, one-serving pasta which is to die for (and currently unnamed lol). We’ll also be in the kitchen testing some recipes for some of the delicious food we had in Brazil over the holidays! The picture is us celebrating the new year in Buzios, Brazil!
