It’s been a long time in the works, but we’re excited to officially share – @souschefandrewreiser and I built a new house! We decided it was time to have a more tranquil life in Maine, where we got married. The process was long, complicated, and obviously expensive. That said, I finally got to design my kitchen just the way I wanted it! Here’s a first look:
It was important to me to keep things clean and simple – white, on white, on white! I went with beautiful quartz, white cabinets and a classic white subway tile backsplash. The stainless steel appliances, wood floors and the open wood shelves add texture and contrast so it’s not too sterile!
I went with a 6 burner gas cooktop, double ovens and added a pot filler for soups and stocks, which we’ve been making a ton of since we’ve been here!
I love these wood boards as décor, which double as functional for parties! I can’t wait to keep cooking in this kitchen and sharing our recipes with you! Bon Appétit
